Class Times – Meridian Kung Fu Benfleet

Beginner Courses

Adult and children beginners courses run regularly at Meridian Kung Fu (UK). New recruits are put on a 4 week probation course and taught the basic blocks, strikes, kicks and classroom etiquette in small groups, separately from the main class. On completion of the probation course we then discuss the possibility of becoming a full member allowing free movement around the regular timetable and access to all our programmes.  Please see beginner course pages for full details.
